What is the 酒店管理 program?
The Mission of the 酒店管理 Program is to prepare students for supervisory positions in a variety of departments within the hotel industry, including front office, 餐饮, 销售, 客人服务, 管家, 食品和饮料, 和其他人.

What's special about the program?The program provides a variety of opportunities to interact with industry professionals or to meet potential employers via panel discussions, 演讲嘉宾, 实地考察旅行, 人才招聘会往往会, and industry-hosted events. There are numerous opportunities for “on property/hands-on/field” experience via practicums and out-of-class assignments. The program also prides itself in giving back to the community and profession by participating in industry functions such as golf tournaments, 贸易展览, property competitions, 午宴, and a variety of community service activities.

- Identify and apply the knowledge and skills necessary for hospitality and tourism operations.
- Develop and integrate a core set of business skills necessary to successfully operate a hospitality and tourism organization.
- Demonstrate competence in the communication skills necessary for hospitality and tourism management.
- Formulate business decisions in hospitality and tourism management.
- Evaluate leadership principles necessary in the diverse and global hospitality and tourism industry.
